Variation Code: Brandish, also known as Bloody Squall, is a Variation Code used in Mighty No. 9. It is obtained by defeating Mighty No. 7, Brandish, as RAY. Beck's equivalent is ReXelection: Brandish.
Appearance
Upon transformation, RAY's buster arm changes to a serrated sword.
Functionality
The normal attack, a sword swipe, functions identically to Beck's ReXelection, consuming no energy when used and able to deflect most projectiles.
The charged attack consumes a large amount of weapon energy and causes RAY to freeze time as she delivers slashes to all destructible targets onscreen when she activates the attack.

Trivia
- On the PC version, under certain settings such as very high or very low resolutions can cause the charge attack release to not damage any enemy nor interact with any object in the environment; strangely, this is solved by turning off the HUD by pressing F9.
